Info Post

We had some family over for dinner last Sunday, and it was the perfect opportunity to try out Canadian Living's July cover recipe, grilled peach melba sundae. We all agreed that the raspberry sauce was the star of the show, but the whole thing was surprisingly easy to make.


This is a great dessert for entertaining, since you can make the raspberry sauce ahead of time and grill the peaches while you chat with your guests.


We don't actually own a grill - I know! It's on our list! - so we borrowed my mom's George Foreman. I think it worked pretty well.


Fresh fruit, toasted almonds and ice cream are all my idea of a good time, so it's no surprise that I loved this dessert. Try it this weekend - you won't regret it!
