A few weeks ago, I shared some decor inspiration for the patio we DIY'ed last summer. We debated building our own table and benches, but we ended up buying this set from a local carpenter. It's made from cedar and it smells amazing - I could smell it through the kitchen window when it was being delivered.
We haven't sealed the table yet, so we broke out a tablecloth for a quick brunch on Sunday. Hannah thought it made for a great hiding spot.
The area in the background will soon be filled in with bamboo, but now we're even more eager to build a privacy fence along the back of the patio (the side opposite the house). That will definitely be a DIY project, so stay tuned!
Omelettes, watermelon, coffee and toast. I'm looking forward to enjoying more meals like this in the sunshine!
